Ten Year NHBC Cover
National House Building Council inspectors carry out checks and regular examinations on all properties at varying stages of construction. The NHBC buildmark offers a 10-year warranty on the structure of your new home. You will receive an NHBC booklet which contains details of the warranty on completion of sale.

What comes with the house in terms of specification?
All new Hurstwood homes are built to a high specification as standard. Kitchen and bathroom choices, all our clients are offered the opportunity to personalise their new home with a range of choices in tiles, kitchen unit, worktops and floor coverings. There is even the opportunity on some of our developments to choose the layout of you new home (subject to build stage and planning consent).

Hurstwood know how difficult it is to get onto the property ladder that's why we will work alongside you in custom making a package suitable for your requirements.
Home Information Pack
A Home Information Pack (HIP) will be compiled for each and every Hurstwood Home. The pack will contain information about energy performance, legal documentation, local searches and other details.
Service Charge and Buildings Insurance
An annual service & buildings insurance charge will be payable on apartments to cover the maintenance and upkeep of the communal areas ie maintenance of buildings, CCTV, electric gates, cleaning of window etc. Exact details will be dependant on the development.
Reservation Fee/Deposit
A deposit will be needed to cover the costs being incurred between reservation and exchange of contracts. Upon receipt of the reservation fee, the property will be taken off the market and all parties work towards an exchange of contracts 4 weeks later when 10% of the purchase price less the reservation fee is paid.
